Randy R- The PURE FAT LOSS CHALLENGE can be a difference maker for you if you are like a lot of people who "want" to get healthy and in shape but lose the motivation to finish the job. Lisa W - CONFESSION- I have struggled with my weight MY WHOLE LIFE. Yo-yo dieted using pills, shakes, prepackaged food, etc. you name the latest craze and I've tried it. Kimberly R - Ask yourself, IF NOT NOW, WHEN? This is the thought that inspired me to join the Pure Fat Loss Challenge. I thought it was impossible, but thanks to Justin Savich and the Pure Fat Loss Challenge I am finally losing fat lbs. instead of gaining. Debbie D - If you're serious about taking care of your OVERALL health and well-being, I recommend you check this out! Justin Savich is not only well-educated in nutrition and weight training, but he is also a passionate motivator and encourager too. What I like about this program is that it makes sense. It's clean eating, feeding your mind with things that empower you, and concentrated exercise. It's not gimmicky or a weird, fad diet. It is a big picture type of program that targets the whole person----physically, mentally, and emotionally. While not always easy, the concepts are relatively simple when following this carefully researched and planned out program. While I have definitely gained results physically, I'm even more excited about the things I've learned/am relearning about my mental attitude. Tina W - I was somewhat skeptical at first figuring that it would be just one more “fad”.  Well, I (as well as many others locally and some that were spread all over the country) took the challenge and let me tell you……there is nothing about this that could be considered a fad! I have tried a multitude of things to take off the weight I had put on over the years (especially after I had gotten sick and had to take steroids for a long time). This program is all about healthy living in basically every aspect of your life. I have learned so much over the last few months about food, exercise, how my body actually processes everything I eat and about myself. Before starting this, I thought I was eating “relatively” healthy. I found out rather quickly that I was not even in the ballpark of health. Justin’s dedication and passion for helping others become healthy cannot truly be described in words. His knowledge, guidance, teaching, encouragement and “cheerleading” skills are amazing!

Tom H - Four years ago today I went in for quintuple bypass surgery at 6:00am and when I came to and looked at the clock it was 10am and I thought, wow that was quite a bit faster than I thought it would take. The nurse said it was 10am the next morning and that they had to go in and open me up a second time because I wouldn’t stop bleeding, so I gave everyone a scare. Fast forward four years and I am in the best shape of my life thanks to Justin Savich and the PFLC. I am eating healthy, working out every day and have 11 pounds to go to hit my goal weight of 187. On top of that I have dropped 25 fat pounds since 1/1. The best part is knowing that God wasn’t done with me yet and now I can do something I truly love and that is help get houses built in Honduras.
